2. Donations & Section 80G Tax Exemptions
All contributions represent voluntary charitable donations. Donors seeking tax exemptions under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act must furnish a valid Indian PAN. Formal tax receipts are issued electronically.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All brand trademarks, photographs, publications, code, and video assets are the exclusive intellectual property of SSNF. Commercial reproduction without written authorization is strictly prohibited.
4. Volunteer Code of Conduct
Registered volunteers must adhere to high ethical standards, mutual respect, gender dignity, and zero tolerance for discrimination during all community field missions.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal proceedings arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jaipur / New Delhi.
